Is your ALJON compactor nearing 10,000-12,000 hours of work? We offer OEM Certified Remanufacturing that can provide you with even MORE successful performance. Our certified factory technicians strip the entire unit down to the frame and remanufacture it to like new condition with factory warranty.

| The landfill compactor is disassembled down to the bare frame. |
| All Hydraulic hoses, batteries and main wiring harnesses are removed and discarded. |
| The engine, gearbox, hydraulic tank, cooling assembly, cab, hydraulic cylinders, final drives, drive motors and all hydraulic valves are removed. |
| The articulation joint pins and bushings are removed. |
| Front chassis, rear chassis, and rear axle are then thoroughly pressure washed. |
| Main chassis, front chassis and rear axle are inspected for structural integrity. All areas that do not meet OEM standards are repaired by certified technicians. |
| All main pins and bushings are replaced with new including the rear axle, articulation joint, blade and steering cylinders. |
| After all repairs are completed, the chassis is then sandblasted and painted. |
| All sheet metal is removed, inspected and repaired or replaced as needed. |
| Handles, latches and gas springs are replaced. |
| Hand rails are repaired or replaced as needed. |
| Access doors are repaired or replaced as needed. |
| The cab is completely disassembled to the frame. |
| The cab is sandblasted, primed and painted. |
| Cab is remanufactured to like new condition including the seat, operator controls, new flat glass, new radio and rear view camera system. |
| Gauges and wiring are inspected and repaired or replaced as needed. |
| The diesel engine, hydraulic pumps, and motors, are remanufactured by a factory certified dealer. |
| Gearbox and final drives are all remanufactured by certified technicians. |
| Hydraulic hoses are replaced with new. |
| Hydraulic coolers are replaced with new. |
| New fluids and filters are installed. |
| Main wiring harnesses are replaced with new. |
| Interior cab wiring harnesses are inspected and replaced as needed. |
| The compactor is calibrated, test run at operating temperature, and checked for any leaks. |
| New decals are installed |
| Final cleaning is completed and machine is ready to ship. |
| Full machine warranty for 6 months / Unlimited hours. |
| Powertrain warranty for 3 years or 6,000 hours whichever comes first. |
| Hydraulic hoses are warrantied for 2 years. |
